Bakor 700-01 Waterproof Foundation Coating
A waterproof emulsion composed of vacuum-reduced asphalt dispersed in a mineral colloid emulsifier.
- Odourless, non-toxic, of heavy brush consistency.
- Exhibiting excellent adhesion to both damp and dry construction surfaces.
- Cured coating presents a stable, ductile coating impervious to sustained contact with water.
- Environmentally friendly material containing no asbestos or volatile compounds.
Used a waterproofing compound in membrane systems to control hydrostatic pressure or may be applied as a simple coating for dampproofing concrete and masonry.
Ideal for insulated concrete forms (ICF), preserved wood foundations (PWF), foundation walls, footings, split-slab floors, retaining walls and wing walls.
